Founded in 2017 by Vinicio Lerici, Vilex Legal is committed to addressing client concerns with effective and often untraditional solutions. We promote legal care to our diverse clients, and we provide individual attention to clients, so they matter is our first concern.

Founding Partner
Vinicio Lerici has experience in corporate law; this includes support for the corporate regulations, corporate changes and corporate operations. Also, he has participated in many mergers and acquisitions for important companies in Costa Rica. He has experience in Real Estate and has been involved in property sales of S.A. He also has experience in Immigration applications and Family Law.
